The African Storybook (ASb) is a literacy initiative that provides openly licensed picture storybooks for early reading in the languages of Africa. This free online resource includes 1164 storybooks in 185 languages.
Unite for Literacy offers a collection of English and Spanish nonfiction picture books that support beginning readers of all ages. Features include predictable, rhythmic language; images with clear, familiar subjects; text narration in 43 languages; and text that ranges from one word up to a few sentences per page.
