How can I participate in the Expo?
Students can participate in two ways:

Pre-Registered Events: Sign up for competitions or exhibits like the Science Fair or VEX Robotics.
Drop-In Activities: Explore hands-on exhibits, performances, and workshops throughout the day.

Do I have to register to attend the Expo?
No! The Expo features a variety of "drop-in" exhibits, along with scheduled activities and performances happening throughout the day. However, if you would like to participate in one of the exhibits listed on the registration page, pre-registration is required.

What should I bring to the Expo?
Bring your curiosity and creativity! If you’re showcasing a project, make sure you bring all materials you’ll need for setup and presentation.

Is transportation available?
Yes! DPS will provide transportation from two designated schools. Families can meet at these pickup locations to take the bus to the CSU Spur Campus and back. A poll is available on the transportation page to help determine the most convenient locations.

Are meals or snacks provided?
A variety of food trucks will be on-site for families to purchase meals or snacks. (Check out our Instagram page for updates about this year's food trucks!) You can also feel free to bring your own food and enjoy it at one of the outdoor picnic spaces.

Will there be prizes/giveaways?
Yes, many exhibits will offer opportunities to earn awards, recognition, or even fun giveaways. You can also complete our STEAM Expo Passport Challenge for prizes and drawing entries! (make sure to visit the Welcome table when you get to the expo to pick yours up!)
